*These fees include the signing of the appropriate form required for Court applications should this be required.

Mediation sessions – on average each mediation session will last two hours (£300 per person) although shorter or longer sessions can be arranged to suit your needs. Payment is made in advance of each session (2 days before your meeting).

The hourly rate also applies for providing the documents to help you both during and at the end of the mediation process which may include Parenting Plans, open financial statements and a Memorandum of Understanding recording your proposals.

If you would prefer a fixed fee for the preparation of these documents, the cost is £300 for an Open Financial Statement, £350 for a Memorandum of Understanding and £250 for a Parenting Plan (for the fixed fees this is the total cost so your individual payment would be one half of the total cost).  Payment is requested in advance before I begin drafting these documents.

£150 per child – this fixed fee includes making contact with your child and meeting with them.  The separate feedback session to you takes place without your child present and is charged at the hourly rate of £150 per person per hour.

None of my fees currently attract VAT.

If you need to cancel, I do not make a charge if I receive more than 5 working days notice.  If less than 5 working days notice is received my charges are as follows:-

Mediation Sessions – £50 per person

Child Consultation – £50 per person

If you cancel with less than one working days notice my full professional fees will be charged.
